Welcome
Panchang is like a detailed calendar that has five limbs.
1. Tithi
2. Vaar (weekDay) i.e. Ravivaar (Sunday), Somvaar (Monday), etc.
3. Nakshatra
4. Yoga
5. Karana
The Sages have assured the faithful that by reading daily in the morning the five limbs of the almanac, one could secure
Longevity though weekday (Vaar)
Prosperity through lunar day (Tithi)
Health and Freedom from sins thought thconstellation (Nakshatra)
Success in one's effors though the Karana
Relief from illness through Yoga
Elsewhere it is stated that the lunar mansion confers good health, Muhurta wealth, Tithi Success, ascendant confortable journey, and generally a strong Moon, all good things.
In the current age of time, one should open the app and see the above details daily after getting free from daily activities, preferably after your daily Pooja is finished. If you do not do Pooja, do it after a bath. Important thing ahead.
Once you become a little conversant with Panchang, jump to the day when you were born (in that particular year). Find out the Day (vaar), Tithi, Nakshatra, Karan and Yoga that were in progress when you were born.
Note: If born after midnight, Vaar will be the previous one.
Make a habit of recalling them too after you have read daily Panchang.
The positive changes in your life will be for you to see!!
PS: You can also purchase a hard copy of Panchang.
